西门子管理培训生项目
I have joined Siemens and the SGP program since 1 and half years ago. I’m now on my 3rd rotation in Germany, in the MS (Medium Voltage System) BU headquarter of EM. My first rotation was proposal manager in factory Siemens Switchgear Ltd. Shanghai. The second was in Channel management team in Sales department.
As a fresh graduate from school, it was a big choice for me to choose this job and gave up other stable options like in a research institute. But it is just exactly why this program is attractive and challenging for me. Siemens, as an outstanding global company, is such a broad platform. SGP program provides you the opportunities to explore different business and cultures as far as you can. One of the most fantastic things in SGP is – you always meet excellent people and you grow with them. Three different rotations are a great way to build up a diverse network within a short period of time. The SGP network is also very strong and within Siemens. You get diverse insights for different businesses and cultures when you communicate with excellent SGPers during trainings and work. Furthermore, the SGPers are given high management attention, such as meeting with members of the Siemens management board in conferences. You are encouraged when you see that, individuals’ potentials are developed and begin to form their influence and roles in Siemens. The whole process is not as fancy and smooth as it seems to be. You need to adapt to uncertainties and changes all the time and reflect yourself with Siemens constantly. Along with that, you get more and more confidence with your unlimited potentials in the future within Siemens.

我加入西门子和SGP项目已经有一年半的时间。现在我在德国能源管理集团下中压总部进行第三个轮岗。我的第一个轮岗在上海,开关厂的责能中心作为报价经理;第二个轮岗在中低压产品销售部门做渠道管理。
作为一个刚毕业的学生,放弃其他更稳定的工作而选择这个充满变化和不确定性的培训项目对我是一个重大的决定。但这也是这个项目吸引我并让我感到挑战的地方。西门子是一个卓越的跨国公司,一个广阔的平台,SGP项目正提供了在其中尽其所能地探索的机会。这个项目最让我受益的一点就是能够接触到许多非常优秀的人,并且能感受到自己在这种氛围中的成长。三个不同职责的轮岗在短时间内建立起了多元且广泛的人际网。西门子内部管理培训生的集体也十分强大,从项目开始到结束以后,与各个优秀的管理培训生在培训与工作中的交流让你了解到不同的业务领域和不同的文化魅力。管理培训生也往往受到管理层的高度重视,有很多与管理层交流的机会。你能感受到大家的潜力被逐渐的激发,形成自己的影响力并找到自己在西门子中的角色。这个过程并不是像表面上看起来光鲜亮丽和一帆风顺,需要不断地适应不确定性和各种变化,不断地重新衡量西门子和自己。但你会越来越有信心,在西门子,你的潜力在未来有无限可能。
